Sticky Stack was born right here in Sunnybank out of pure mochi obsession. We're a bunch of pancake fanatics with an Asian sweet tooth, and we believe desserts should be as playful as they are delicious.

From one sticky idea to a Sunnybank favourite
It started with a stack of way-too-good mochi pancakes shared between mates who couldn't stop talking about it. We figured Brisbane needed a spot where bouncy, chewy, glazed-to-perfection stacks were the whole point — not just a side thought.
So we set up shop in Sunnybank, mixed our love of Asian street sweets with classic pancake comfort, and started stacking. Every plate that leaves our kitchen is handmade, small-batch, and made to be shared.
Why Mochi?
We take pancakes to the next level by mixing soft, bouncy mochi into every stack — the result? Chewy, crisp, and totally addictive. Inspired by street eats across Asia, our stacks are handmade, never boring, and always Insta-worthy.

We source locally where we can, hire from the neighbourhood, and love nothing more than seeing regular faces stack up in our booths week after week.
